Returns and Refunds:

If there is an issue with an order we will be happy to work to come to a solution.
Since all of our art and products are hand made by the artist or a printing partner in the United States and Canada there may be variations between or even within an order. Â
If there is an error while ordering or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, contact us within 4 hours of the order being placed for in house order corrections.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since most art and gifts are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a piece that was not ordered in the correct size.
We do not except exchanges.
For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 5 days of  recieving the order and include photos and a receipt for our reference. Please contact us with your pictures and comments by email:  ChristieMarieArt@icloud.com Â
If a return is necessary we will send an email with the shipping address and instructions for the return.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases we do not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.
Non-returnable items:Â
Gift cards, Customized or Commissioned artwork and products.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the sender of the approval or rejection of a refund. Â If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items:Â Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded or returned.
