TITLE: "Sanctuary"
Art Inspiration story: This is a large original watercolor painting of a Humpback Whale just off the Lahaina, Maui Hawaii coast. The bright sun is glistening on the massive tale of this humpback whale as it glides back into the warm tropical ocean waters of it's vacation home in Hawaii.
It was at the age of sixteen on a family vacation to Maui, Hawaii I decided I wanted to be a professional artist. I was very excited to visit Front St. in down town Lahaina famous for it's row of fine art gallery's. Living in the magic feeling of creating art and sharing the ambiance changing ability of art to others is a fun and exciting job.
I painted this painting in 2016 as homage to the little Maui town that inspired my professional dreams.
